Quantum is built by MultiVM Labs — the R&D lab behind the post-quantum stack documented in these pages. We are nine engineers and researchers building a chain that's post-quantum-by-default rather than post-quantum-as-a-plugin, and the open-source primitives that make that possible across the wider EVM ecosystem.
